Who we are
Simplenova is an AI-assisted recruiting research service run by Top Talent Consult in Sydney, Australia. This policy explains what personal information Simplenova handles and why. Questions or requests: help@delvii.online.
What we collect about you (our clients)
Your account: your name or username, work email, and your password, which we store only as a one-way scrambled hash we can't read. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your email address and whether it's verified, nothing else.
What you give us: the hiring briefs you write, documents you upload to fill a brief, your answers to Devi's follow-up questions, your chats with Devi, the people you like, your notes, your settings, help reports, and the review you leave if you cancel.
Enquiries and referrals sent through the site, including the details you give us about a friend you refer.
Billing records. Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider, Stripe, and never stored by us.
Candidate information
Searches find professionals who may suit a role. For each, Simplenova records professional information only: name, current and past roles and employers, location, qualifications, publications, trials, patents and similar, each with the public or licensed source it came from.
Sources include public web pages, search engine results (including public LinkedIn results), publication, trial and patent registries, government registers (such as the US NPI Registry and SEC filings), and licensed people-data providers such as Clay.
Contact details (such as a work email or phone number) are looked up only when a client asks for them about a specific person, from that person's own published pages or licensed data providers.
We never collect or infer sensitive information such as health, religion, ethnicity, sexuality, age or family status, and searches never filter or rank people on it.
If you're a candidate and want to know what we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted, email help@delvii.online.
How we use AI
Searches, Devi and document reading run on Anthropic's Claude AI. Briefs, uploaded documents, chats and candidate information are sent to Anthropic to be processed, under its commercial terms, which don't allow it to train its models on this data.
Search memory and likes
When you like people in your results, Simplenova learns what you tend to prefer (for example level, kind of employer and region) and uses it to guide your own later searches. It's never shared with other clients. Settings shows exactly what has been learned, and lets you turn it off or wipe it.
Who we share information with
Only service providers who help us run Simplenova: Anthropic (AI), Clay and Apollo (people and contact data, only when used), SerpAPI (search engine results), Stripe (billing), our email provider (password resets and notices), our hosting provider, and Google or Microsoft if you use them to sign in. Several are based in the United States, so information may be processed there. We don't sell personal information, and clients only ever see their own searches.
How long we keep it
Searches, their candidate information, any contact details found and your likes are deleted automatically 90 days after the search is created. Backups are kept for up to 14 days.
Account details are kept while your account is open. If you cancel, your account is suspended and kept so it can be reactivated; ask us and we'll delete it.
Security
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, connections are encrypted, password-reset links work once for an hour, and changing your password signs out every other device. Access to client data is limited to the client and the Top Talent Consult team who support them.
Cookies
Simplenova uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser also remembers a few small choices on your device, such as tips you've dismissed.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing help@delvii.online. If you're not happy with how we handle a privacy concern, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
